The warranty period for each of the products we offer depends on each brand. It lasts for a minimum of two years in accordance with the French law.
Precision ski undertakes to take charge of each request during the first year following your order. Get in touch with one of our technicians by sending photos and a detailed description of the problem you face to.
We will open a procedure with the brand concerned and will come back to you as soon as they conclude.
If the brand is accepted, we will ask you to return the product to us and proceed to a standard exchange, repair or credit, depending on the stocks available from our partner.
You will be informed of each stage of your care.
After the first year following your purchase, we will send you all the necessary documents and information so that you can contact the brand in order to open an after-sales service.
