Are returns free?

There are three types of returns at Précision Ski: 

• Return following an error on your part
• Return following an error on our part
• Return following after sales service

No fees will be retained for returns following an error on our part or following an after-sales service.

However, returns following an error on your part are at your expense. We propose a solution via Mondial Relay at 3,99€ (which will be retained on the amount of the refund) or you can go through the carrier of your choice, but we will not reimburse the advanced fees.
